It also features a self-cleaning, two-speed MultiMode Convection and bake/broil oven. The Downdraft Ventilation is an innovation developed and refined by Jenn-Air, that is offered on several Slide-In Ranges. Designed to capture smoke, steam and odors at the cooking surface and pull them down and out of the kitchen, downdraft ventilation makes it possible to grill indoors year-round.
